confusion diffusion pumps?
Members,please excuse my lack of experience but,between articles and real
world shops that provide a living for the owner/employees. There is a varied
opinion on how necessary a diffusion pump is. Would it be in the general
interest of the neon industry to say that that using a dif-pump with the
mechanical assures you the best vacuum for quality neon? Some of the current
neon plant manufactures are claiming that dif-pumps are over- kill and not
really required today. For those of us that are attempting to set up
reputable shops to continue the high quality standards that some of you are
already producing,there are a number of us that would like to hear a reality
check from you. It' is easy with beginners to listen to sales hype not
knowing what the already, experienced shop owners,have learned carving their
nitch in the industry. It appears to some of us that the pumping / cleansing
process is the most crutial step in neon processing for long life,brillance
