1. To promote & represent the interests and concerns of the neon 
    community.
2. To promote basic standards of safety, licensing, and quality in the 
    neon industry.
3. Provide a voice at the neon-legislation table based on known, 
    successful experience in the field.
4. Keep it's members informed and involved.

Just ideas.  An association is many things to different people.
