What is really funny is your pretense that you and your argument are for real. Anyone can search your user name and see how many times you have posted. And anyone can read back through the thread and see what was really said and who said it. My comments were a very small percentage of the thread, yet you picked me out of the group and most of your well thought out response was aimed at me. Gee, I wonder why? Coincidence? I don't think so. Could it have anything to do with a new product of mine that will soon be released that has some of the "big boys" worried? No, I'm sure it doesn't... not a chance, right?
As for your denial of what really happened on eBay, you stated, ""best offer bid" on E-bay a couple weeks back". I have had one offer on that particular manifold in the past few weeks and NO offers on a Standard Flow Diffusion Pump in several weeks. So who is telling the truth? What was his offer on the diff. pump? If what you claim is true, what is your partners eBay user name so I can cross reference any offers on a diffusion pump? Produce the eBay email with your partners offer and my "insulting" response, or retract your statements about me. Anything less will discredit your accusations completely. As for me not making a counter offer, I always make one on a manifold or diffusion pump, so I will have that in my file too if there was one. I can produce documentation of my position and what I say is true. Can you? Words are cheap and easy. Let's see some proof!
You are the one who mentioned what you wanted to buy and the comment that I lost $3,000, not I. You said, "the pot calling the kettle, black just cost you three thousand dollars in sales." As for $200 less than the asking price for both a manifold and diffusion pump, nice try but no cigar. There are too many people out there who know better. At that price difference we could have EASILY reached a compromise... that is, if he was serious about it - which is *obviously* not the case.
As for knowing what I am talking about, another nice try but again no cigar. I know exactly what I am talking about where this is concerned. You can spin your own little story however you want in an attempt to discredit me and some will not know the difference between your lies and my truth. But most will. Especially those who have dealt with me personally. No one even knows who you really are. A few upper case letters as a user name on this forum? The first name of "Doug"? Is that the best you can do? If you and your partner are so credible lets see some full personal names, company name and address.
A quick search of this site revealed that you have only posted one other time on this board. It was almost 2 years ago when you were starting to set up your neon shop. But you are just now looking for a manifold and diffusion pump? Anyone can do the same search. How's that for facts?
Regarding your implication of what my products are made of, how would you know if you have never bought any? Didn't you criticize someone in your previous post for assuming something?
My position is not one of debate. I am stating facts that I can back up with documentation. Let's see you do the same thing, or retract your comments. Considering you have appointed yourself the "Mark@SVP" message forum police anything less should be unacceptable - at least to any rational person.
