Well, I may be small minded, but I am experienced in some matters.

I can see what Juan really is. Even though he actually advertised "best price" in his first post, he swears repeatedly he said "good price" (scroll back and read your own post - moron). And unlike some others, I believe Juan IS a "neon pusher".

To all you Juan defenders:
Hopefully a "Juan" moves into your market place so you can defend him/her first hand. Try and make a living then.

I've experienced "low-priced/best priced" competition entering my market place before. Try and survive yourself before they end up putting both of you out of business, only to pack up and leave in the end, because they can't even pay the rent. Some customers are wise enough to know qualtiy and fair pricing, others are not, and shop for bottom dollar. Hopefully you have enough loyal customers to survive a "Juan" entering your area.
