In his Feb article in the "Signs" J. Anderson mentioned that there was some discussion of w/b blockouts. Sorry I missed it since Polston Enterprises manufacturers these products and I might have been able to help out on the technical side of any issues which came up. If there are still unresolved problems, I'd be happy to try and solve them for you.
