Hello John! I found your info on Hg very interesting. I like your idea
of making a channel around the table for the hg to flow into in event of
a spill. The last time it happened and mind you, it has only happened
twice, my breath blew the Hg drop out of the tubulation. I picked it up
using two pieces of mica. Not a very good medium I might add. I like
your idea of powered zinc. I should have access to some of that at the
school where I teach. You say powered? I will see what they have. I
also will keep the masking tape handy. Sounds like a winner. I don't
have my pump exhausting to the outside. I do however have two window
fans running most of the time when I bombard and bend. I think I will
have to close the window opening soon as the temp is slowing dropping
here in the northeast. All for now and thanks again.
