Ok, let me clarify for those who don't already know what I was talking about...

This paddlewheel I'm referring to is an actual paddlewheel, that turns, within the 
tube.  It is mounted "sideways" on pivots and is madt to turn by the stream of 
electrons.

It would seem some are thinking of the light bulbs (or tubes?) with little metal 
shapes inside that glow, which are not what I mean.
