Flashbacks?
Could folks share some info on flashbacks for me?
Every once in a while I'll get one; mostly when (as suggested by a "long
timer", doesn't like the term "old timer") I'm at the last stage of
bombing the electrodes w/ the main stopcock open (5-10 seconds).
I've attatched an electrode to my manifold which is grounded so that if
this happens the current follows the ground & not my pump. But, I'm a bit
unclear as to the conditions that cause this since it happens infrequently.
And, I assume, this is something I'd like to avoid.
I have a collegue that has frequent flashbacks & has destroyed too numerous
O-rings in the process of tracking down the problem...
