You might take a look at water-based blockouts none of which, in principle, should give off toxic fumes of any kind when bombarded (ashed?). You'll also find relief from the strong, offensive solvent odors in the shop and a much easier time of cleaning up and maintaining dip tanks. Durability of good top-quality waterbased blockouts is excellent. All of this and at a lower price in some cases.
