Tom: Just did some signs for Chevron for Russia. Had to have special ballasts for 220v/50Hz primary. Not sure how consistent the power grid is over there, but I would start with 220/50 for pricing. BTW our signs went to Kazickstan. Hope this helps Tim cent@interserv.com
