Take my advice, Marcus, and don't lose too much sleep about voltage
underloading, it's voltage overloading that does all the real damage in 15kV
world!! Pocket scopes sound neat, were they battery operated too?!!
Jeff

Dear Jeff,
As our maximum rate is 8 kV we nearly have that voltage overloading.
Over 90 % of transformer burn-outs here in the old world is becouse
of voltage underloading as the primary will be dead within a few month.
