Tips for setting up a 2nd neon shop

I'm looking at moving locations and I think I have enough equipment to get my 2nd shop up and running before shutting down my current one, that way I won't have any down time.

The problem is, I didn't set up my first shop. It's the only shop I know so naturally I would set it up pretty much identical. The thing I don't like about this is that I'm sure there's better ways of doing things but I'm just not informed.

Looking for any resources, links, pictures, etc. that has good ideas for table & torch layout, blower location, gas & air routing. Pretty much anything. It's not like there's a few shops in town that I could look at and information for this stuff is getting kind of scarce.

The space is only 25'x15' but has a lot taller ceilings than I currently have. Obviously I need to utilize the space as efficiently as possible.

I'm probably leaving out important information but I needed a place to start. The thought of taking this on is a bit overwhelming.
