Standard 15,000 volt GTO wire is fine. Run it through PVC conduit between the bombarder and trolley. If you can, get the kind that has the silicone insulation.

With the choke housing (tunnel) positioned horizontally, where the wires come out (there should be a junction box) is the "back" of it. The slide (core) should go in the "front".

Not with a slide choke.
