(1) A general shot of Neon Lewa. Although it may not look it, the folks in the shop know exactly where everything is and can locate it quickly. Ed Leder tends to do his small bending on this table. [ View Picture ]
(2) On the other side of picture 1, this old dining room table doubles as a bending table. Ed does the larger work on this table.[ View Picture ]
(3) Although he has two manifolds and pumping stations, Gerard Leder seems to favor this manifold. To the left is the bombarder controller on a rolling table. He easily rolls it between manifolds. This manifold is custom made and you can notice the McLeod gauge on the back left of the manifold table. Under the manifold table, an old gas flask serves as a buffer between the pumping system and the manifold. [View Picture ]
(4) The 'other' manifold. Again, the reservoir for the McLeod gauge in the back right corner of the table. [ View Picture ]
(5) Neon Lewa's bombarder controller. Older than we could determine, Gerard says that he still prefers this controller to any. Bottom right switches transformer from 7.5 to 15 KV. Rotating controller on right side to control amperage. [ View Picture ]
(6) Gerard demonstrates his custom made mercury vacuum.[ View Picture ]
