I think you are correct Tom, There are a lot of sign companies that will not use 60ma transformers however and I guess I am going to have to see if this is one of those companies. I did the glass for a sign in Detroit, Mi. and it is 100 feet in the air . They are using 60ma transformers however and thus far I have not received any complaints about that turning red.
