Jeff and Garett, I was able to talk to the guy on black blockout glass ,I got your hopes up for nothing. He mentioned that it was available probably in the 1940's and hasn't seen any of it being advertised himself. Sorry that I couldn't come up with something on it.I believe it is mentioned in one of the older neon books but nothing in recent times? Best regards, Don
