NEON- Question and Answer Project for You.
THE FIRST STEPS
Recently there has been a lot of communication regarding the formation of a new
association for individuals within the neon community. One anticipated accomplishment
of this questionnaire is to extend the neon-l communication exchange for ALL interested
parties to participate in.

Your participation in this project is encouraged so that a clearly defined goal can be set.
Feel free to get deeply involved with this assignment. The direction of this
communication effort wll be determined by your answers, additional ideas and
suggestions. Please spread the word along with copies of these questions to your off
internet associates. And please take the time to respond to this request yourself.
CONIDERED GOALS
Many ideas have been introduced to the neon community with respect as to what
outcome there could possibly be from an enhanced communication effort. Perhaps an
association would be formed, but an association means differant things for differant
people. At the very least communications amongst individuals could be enhanced. A
shared base of knowledge concerning you, neon and its relation and part in the sign
industry could be established. Through education legislation and representation the
neon industry could continue to shed its light brighter than ever.

1. Do you derive the majority of your income from the neon industry? What is the time in
your work day occupied with?
2.Do you find that neon professionals have a unified voice? If yes, from whom does this
voice eminate? If no, would you benifit from such a voice?
3.If you could change ONE THING in the neon industry simply by lifting a finger, what
would that change be? How would you initiate that change?
4.Do you feel a need to regulate or standardize any aspects of the neon trade? Would
you play a part in the regulation or standardization process if you could? How?
