is complicated. Lot's of exceptions, side-notes, and/if's, etc.
The NRTL's have a very difficult task. All their evaluations detail how
components are to be used. I often find that components are mis-utilized
because the company employing them does not bother to read <all> of the
instructions and conditions. Reading the sometimes <fine print> can prevent a
lot of misinformation and errors in applications.
