setting up small shop air

I have just set up small/hobby neon shop fires and believe that I have a low pressure air solution that is safe, quiet, and economical. I can send specs and pictures to anyone who is interested. I was quite surprised to find this subject glossed over in all my research. Everybody jumps in with how to make bends, as if you already have access to a ready-made shop.
