Maybe ring round a few sign shops that have been in business a while and see if there is an old MASONLITE system kicking around.. these were made to 240V for the UK market. Many sign shops shut their neon plants down and now sub the work out but many also hung onto their old systems.. worth a try as there were many of these systems kicking around at one point having been manufactured in Chatham
