You can try searching the internet, eBay, or try McMaster Carr. Or another option is to sharpen your usual file and harden it after it is sharpened. Do a few at the same time so you can grab another at a monents notice. Or, you could try using a window pane (flat glass) cutting tool with a replaceable diamond tip, but this requires a different technique. Above all, think outside the "file" box for other alternatives.
