FMS ?

The 2 local suppliers in my area (Atlanta) are stocking less and less neon related products. Sometimes even the most basic supplies are hard to get. Only one supplier delivers to my area. Mailorder seems to be the future. I have never purchased anything from FMS and was wondering what peoples experience with the company and their products was like. Are the tubing colors comparable with EGL and Voltarc? Are Brillite electrodes a quality product? The prices seem reasonable. Are the shipping costs reasonable? Are things packed well? How is the customer service? Any info would be helpful.
