I too prefer the Kitco cutter for most applications. I only have two heads hooked up... but then Howard was always a bit ahead of me-lol.

I also use the same wire in 7' lengths as a "heating element" (in conjunction with a reostat) for heating/bending plexiglass. I think the wire is "nichrome" wire (used widely for heating elements in toasters,etc.).
