Ready to start creating w/ neon

My wife and I have been watching and learning the art of creating and
repairing neon glass.
We are interested in purchasing a complete setup that is functional, in
great condition and affordable. If you can help me, I would like to
visit. I am not a cheapy, I am glad to pay for quality. No junk.
