Thanks for those responses ! I have not inspected the manifold myself but have seen it in the past . I was wondering the same things myself . My feeling is that it is the grease as it is well over 20 years old and says on the tube it's good for a year !! But it could be wrong O rings as well . I have no idea really but I'm trying to help the bender who works there to solve the issues . Owner wants to keep this system and doesn't want to invest in a pyrex system I think . If they solve it I'll post outcome here .
