Solved: bombarding trouble ***see video

I have to thank Jack King for helping me diagnose this problem. It was the transformer, it just didn't have enough giddy up. I did a gap test with the bombarder leads and couldn't get it to arc over an inch. I compared it to my other shop setup and the used Jefferson I picked up and they both will jump 2.5" plus.

I messed up the video in my first message so I re-uploaded it here. So, this video has the first bombarder setup that was giving me problems and the second one that is working.
