I'm assuming your manifold holds a good vacuum by itself.

Are you also comparing exact same tubing as well as footage on your 2 setups?

It's not only moisture, but alot of "crap" in many double coat, classic coated, and even purples. Voltarc dbl coats and purples were notorious for this.
Requiring many initial vacuum adjustments(evacuating moisture and crap) to maintain desired pressure.

I no longer process 2 units at once, but still encounter this at 1-8' or longer unit with some glass.

Your video looks like classic glass (coated?). And is just what I would expect to encounter with 2-8'tubes...depending on the glass.
