With all due respect, I have provided this service gratis since the mid 1990s. It was never intended to be one person's personal sounding board. It certainly was never meant to be a forum to attack people or businesses or to habitually spout bigoted and antisocial remarks. I do not feel I need to prove to anyone how gross his last post was. What I know is I don't want that to be on a site associated with me or my business.
If I provide a swimming pool I expect people not to piss in it over and over again. I asked him to refrain from abusive remarks many times and then finally warned him many times. He chose to keep it going no matter what and I choose to say "whatever you want but not here."
If people are so enamored with him, please go form another group of your own. There are countless ways to do that on the web.
