ultra blue problems

Hey everybody. I am new to the forum, and this may have already been addressed. If so, please forgive me. My shop recently began a rather large job involving quite a lot of voltarc ultra blue 15mm. We are having trouble with breaking around bend backs and welding together pieces. We are currently experimenting with different fire levels to see if we can find a magic combination. Any help with this would be appreciated.
