Just posted this to the comments. We need to speak up in this arena and start stetting the record straight.

Great it is getting redone, but in LED? LED IS NOT CHEAPER TO RUN THEN NEON! It doesn't look the same, not as bright and costs more. I would hope the city council would look into the costs.

Neon has been around for over 100 years, it is time proven and works well, Led is new and unproven.
