Those LEDs in that video are pretty old and dated. Not even sure what the Neon Group is doing to date and even if their still in existence, a large part of their membership makeup if their still around subscribe to the thought/sale pitch that everything ought to be retrofitted to LED now that they produce LEDs themselves. John Boyd from Ventex even markets the crazy idea that a 15kv tranny puts out 500+ watts, imagine that.

We've been doing Neon & LED comparison tests since 2005 in carious applications for channel letters, sign cabinet, and outline lighting.
