I've been asked to re-open a shop.

Wow. It's been a long time. I was recently offered a job bending glass again after 6 years of being out of the game completely. I'm pretty excited. I missed bending glass which I didn't think would ever happen. I have several questions mainly regarding getting the manifold ready for production. It's been at least 8 months since it's been under vacuum. What should I do before I even turn it on? It also has a diffusion pump which I've never used before. I'm not even really sure of the process of um, processing using a diffusion pump. I never had one when I was in the business before.
