Everything else aside...
To me, the use of the term/language "legally actionable", is distasteful in a matter such as this. And tends to make me think less of one who would infer that this was a viable option/course of action they would consider.But then, I have nothing but distaste for 99.9%Attorneys and Politicians and the way they conduct business.
