Things to consider

It's a shame you and a couple others lost the meaning of the original post. But you know what they say: Perception is everything.

Not everyone that is left in this industry are "girl scouts". In fact, many feel the same way I do. One of the main points is they feel EGL betrayed them, which translates into; SVP has plenty of support.

I'm not surprised that you don't get it. I don't reveal confidential information and/or emails from my customers and vendors. Anyone who knows me well, knows that. Sean is not, and never has been a customer or vendor of mine. Even so, I would not have revealed what he told me had he kept out of this - especially considering he claims he is no longer an EGL employee. So your accusation is unfounded, unless of course you perceive it differently.

Your perception (again) of trust is obviously different than mine, or for that matter what it really means. My customers can rely on me no matter what. After 3 surgeries since July, I still make sure their repairs get done within 1 to 2 days and their orders get shipped the same or next day. My ability has been proven countless times, and my integrity where my customers is concerned is not an issue, nor is my character when it comes to customer service. I have always bent over backwards to help others and plan on continuing until I can't do it any longer. What I have just described about myself is the definition of "trust".

Many who don't like my "approach and delivery" on message boards still come to me for help. Not because they like me, but because it's business and they know they can count on me to help them.

My products do sell themselves, or more specifically, mostly by word of mouth. The thread that Kenny deleted brought me 3 new customers. But I doubt you would understand why.

As for "backstabbing" (although the term is not used in the correct context here), I use the open approach when I have something to say and don't hide behind someone else to do it for me or use an alias to "back-stab" anyone. If I have something to say I say it and don't play "spy games". EGL on the other hand uses their in-field reps to do that for them. I have a long list with names and dates of shops their rep has visited and talked trash about me, my company and my products as soon as they saw one of my products in the persons shop. EGL even went to the extent to take pictures of ONE of my products they found fault with and emailed the pictures to untold numbers of people. But I suppose that's not "backstabbing" because they didn't do it on some message forum. Instead they took the more indirect approach, which is just as "legally actionable" as Tommy claims my post was.

EGL didn't release any correspondence they may have obtained from my customers? It's a fine line, but Sean mentioned such a thing including the company name in his post that Kenny deleted. If they've done it once they'll do it again. ...sort of like jurors listening to testimony.

Btw, you left out Eurocom. They sell electrodes too.
