If the tubes light up "green"they are not processed with Ne. has to be argon/Hg. Take your spark coil and test close to the trodes, you'll see the gas mix. Veep Green is double coated,looks yellow to the eye, so that's not what you have.Looks to me that you have some old faded green tubes that probably have seen their life. I'd just remake all, you can't match "old" green for a restoration like that. Your old tubes "take a while" to come up to some sort of color, that's because the Hg has probably rested to the cold spot in the tube, ie: side tublation. Bottom line, remake and make it look new again!
