Thanks for the info Gavin. I was under the impression that Hongba was a brand name that NeonPro no longer made, but I could be wrong. There are certainly a lot of Hongba transformers in the U.S. I sell replacements for them all the time. Perhaps they get here installed on imported Chinese made signs.
