This is just my opinion.

Get a price BEFORE you try it out, not after. If it works really well for you, he is going to want more money thinking you are going to pay more because it works so well. ...Common business sense.

Get him to translate the German specs to English so you can easily compare it to what you currently have. You may find out that it isn't any better than the blower you are currently using.

Something being "The best" is merely an opinion, and in this instance one that I disagree with (my opinion).
