Siemens blower - will it work?

A guy from a motor repair shop is offering to sell me this blower. He told me to try it out then we'll talk price. He's telling me it's the best there is, but he's not too familiar with the neon application.

Right now I have a daco bm42 running a small hand torch, cannon fires, crossfires & a 16" ribbon. I plan on setting up another shop and will run all of that at minimum. I might add more torches in the future.

My question is, is this siemens better than what I have now. Will it run more torches?
