No, you will not be able to use it on a 60 amp service.

It means you need a dedicated 120 amp circuit just for the bombarder/choke. You *may* be able to get by with a 100 amp circuit if everything is wired correctly (including, but not limited to primary wire size) according to Transco's schematic so you don't get any power surges when the bombarder is engaged, but you will not be able to run anything else when the bombarder is on - nothing else: No vacuum pump, no air blower and nothing in your house.

In the US the minimum electrical service to a house is 200 amp, unless you live in a very old house that has not been updated. So you can get by with a decent garage neon shop as long as there are not a lot of other things running in the house at the same time.

You will also lose a lot of efficiency running that 60 Hz bombarder and choke on 50 Hz.
