I've had the same thing the past few weeks......I think it was the heat frying my head. 2 big horseshoe shaped units, and had to bend one twice. Was messing with my fires on the ribbon and it was a little bushy, but this lead free should be bothered by it, bit the bends looked good until pumped, then there was a darker grey on the bends. Cleaned the manifold, all looked good......I think I cooked the phosphor to mush with that bushy flame being hotter? Oh well......Deep breath, go grab a beer and find that Zen glass spot...:)
