Mark.. if it wasn't for the input voltage difference id be spoilt for choice for a range of neon transformers that would be available... I appreciate the offer though.
Ive had further discussions with the supplier and we might just be able to rectify the situation. I have a 3rd party office in China and they will go to the factory and sort the issue out if need be. If no solution can be found then I shall name the company here. That way no one else in this industry will get burnt as I may have done... you will all know who's product is good and who's isn't.
Mistakes do happen and components often fall outside the range they were designed for.. it happens sometimes and this can lead to a bad batch of anything. How you deal with that mess though determines how well you do business... lets hope this company understands that a long term business partner is better than single sale although this seems to be something few Chinese suppliers understand.
