I am wondering how a person would get that much use out of a 6" ribbon burner ???

I bought a 24" head when doing a lot of "high volume/repetitive" channel letter work in the 1990s (to cut down on the number of bends/heats per 4' stick-or larger ribbon heats).
I have kept my 24" head on (and never even put the 16" head on anymore), and just adjust down for smaller heats.

Are some of you using the ribbon fire for doublebacks, etc.also???
I guess that may be a reason for using a small head more often. I use a crossfire for doublebacks/dropturns,etc(up thru 15mm). ---I have used the ribbon fire for dropturns on large diameter tubing in large channel letter jobs (where there is plenty of excess room and tight work is not required)but I just adjust down without switching heads.

I guess "novelty" would be the only need for me.
