I was shown one of these many years ago, they seemed more of a novelty than anything else. When shown it in operation , it was hard to adjust the proper air / gas mixture. then putting the old 16" back on had to readjust the gas air mixture all over again. I guess if you are constantly needing that small fire maybe it would be worth setting up two separate ribbon burners. I could never justify this with the varied neon units needed. They make other European table top, short ribbon type burners that seem to be more functional.
