I can't believe this guy 40 day's now since he picked up his signs and gave me a bad check with a smile on his face.

This guy never replied to any calls or emails for 40 days, He gets his bank statement see's I got my money, now I hear from him. He's emailing me saying I have his neon signs still? WTH is this guy on. Telling me he's coming up and filing theft charges on me, YEAH ME! He gives me a bad check for days of hard work, Cost me money to go 88 miles each way to get my money now he's trying to get signs in my shop he took photos of to try and sell on his web sight. WTH are they putting in the water in Cincinnati? Anybody?
