The Kitco cutter can be difficult to use in certain instances and takes longer to use. That may not be a problem for some, but will be for others. Other options are a diamond coated file or Griffin Glass Cutter. If using the latter, get the carbide cutting wheels. Typically lead-free will cut better using a fine score line rather than a heavy file mark.
