Daco Temperature Gauge

I have a digital temperature gauge (MN/KCF?) that was sold by Daco.(It looks like the EGL version is the same thing.) Does anyone have a manual for this? I basically need to know what the three trimpots located in the back are for. OK, I know they are for calibration, but I'm used to just 2: a zero and a span adjustment. The third pot is what confuses me. Two pots sit side-by-side, with the third located some distance away.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
