How many BTU's does a neon shop require?

Looking at getting the gas line installed in a new location and the plumber and utility company are asking the same question.

I will be using natural gas & running a 16" ribbon burner, cannon fires, crossfires & a small tip off hand torch. I'm having a hard time finding the answer for this. Anyone know how many BTU's?

Also, I'm probably going to have to run 80' to 100' from where the gas meter is. What size pipe will I need?
