I've had the same problem with "neon suppliers" for quite some time. Complete ignorance on the part of the staff.....never a call back......wait all day and they don't show....of 6 items three are wrong......busted product....nothing in stock except neon stuff nobody uses....
Thats why FMS brightened my outlook when they started to sell direct. First off they assured me they experimented with what works best for shipping, and I've had zero breakage. You know when your order is coming plus you can order in 5 lb. increments what you need and the glass isn't old dusty stock. The shipping isn't cheap because they are far way from me......but compared to NOT GETTING WHAT YOU WANT/NOT GETTING IT AT ALL its WORTH IT. There are other distant suppliers, plus e-bay, I fill in with if they correspond well and let you now what is available, at what price, and when it is coming.

As for the suppliers and sign people who have turned their back on neon in favor of cheap signage that doesn't last and ruins the trade, and have that blow-off attitude, we don't need you anymore.
