I haven't used them much, but so far my experience has been great. Mike is very helpful. Most of the glass matches other brands. Here's a cross reference chart: http://www.light-sources.com/sign/products/neon/neon-cross-reference-chart

I've never used their electrodes, but the glass seems to be fine. They're really trying to market to guys like us who are losing suppliers so if you ask, they'll send you a sample kit of most of their colors
