If you don't know what you have... it's going to be difficult to "value".

"Everything needed to make NEON" is Very Vague.

Quality of different equipment varies greatly.Is the Neon Plant from the 1940's? Or is it a state of the art newer set-up?

I have bought entire NEON plants for $800.00 (with decent equipment) at auction... But paid much more than that for just one high quality vacuum pump.

Best to find someone locally who can identify what you have. Or take pics and get feedback.
